We’ve loaded up the car and are making one last stop by Cowgirl Kitchen for breakfast before hitting the road home. Our ninth visit to the little slice of heaven called Rosemary Beach was just as relaxing, fun and memorable as our first six years ago. It is my hearts desire that we will be willing and able to continue coming back here for many years to come. With that, I’ll leave you with our requisite 2013 family beach photo and a little trip down our Rosemary Beach memory lane…
We spent our last full day with our toes in the sand soaking up the sun at the beach. The boys played football, rode the gentle waves on their boogie boards and had numerous pirate battles in their sand castle forts.
My drink spikers from HKL Designs have gotten quite a workout this week :-)
We stopped by Sugar Shak for one final farewell.
We swam until we were completely waterlogged.
And we stopped by the sprayground around the corner from our house.
We kissed this sweet thing one gazillion times.
And then Mother and Daddy-O held down the fort so that we could have a double date. We biked, rode and scootered over to George’s at Alys Beach. It’s my very favorite restaurant in the area.
And then we spent the rest of a long, gorgeous beach evening at the Caliza bar.
