If you recall, last year we had the pleasure of touring the Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House while vacationing at Rosemary Beach. Well, this year Sister found another show house tucked back on one of the quieter streets of Rosemary. And while the exterior landscaping wasn’t quite finished, the inside sure was.
We loved the chandelier that looked to have been made of clear fishing floats and the twin tables in the long foyer.
The kitchen was open to the dining and living rooms and was also well appointed. Love the sunburst mirror and the twin chandeliers over the island.
I really liked the corals on the wall behind the dining table. This would be easy to replicate!
The living space was a little too white and a tad to modern overall for my taste. But hey, I’d take a beach house with pretty much any decor and not complain :-)
The three bedrooms were all similar in luxurious linens and serene whites. I loved the upholstered headboard and detail on those bedside tables.
There was a full bath on the main level as well.
The loft at the top of the stairs was set up with a large sectional and TV. I loved the planked walls.
The master bedroom was done in linens and whites, like the guest room on the main floor.
But the master bath stole the show! I die at that tub. And tile. And sconce. And on and on…. I wish the mirrors had been up!
The laundry room reminded me of the laundry that I loved in the HGTV Dream Home, with it’s two large floating shelves. I definitely think I’ll go this route when we do our laundry room next year. Probably definitely :-)
Another guest room done in linen and white. I loved the sconces over the bed with the white corals.
The bath was also nice. I wish I had a picture of the tile work in the shower as it was quite lovely.
Between the loft space and the bathroom, there was a place for four additional bunks that wasn’t quite finished.
And upstairs was another gorgeous attic space bunk room a la the one we all know and love from last year’s Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House in Rosemary Beach. I loved that this one had a window.
A nice bath space and generous closet were also up in the attic. I suppose you’d definitely need that if you were sleeping six up here!
Last but not least, the back yard featured a beautiful saltwater pool. Yes, please!
It was free to tour the house but it is only open Thursdays-Saturdays (and maybe Sundays?) from 12-4pm.
There’s not much Sister, Mother and I love more than poking around a gorgeous house!
As for the rest of our day, we headed over to Seaside for shopping and dinner at Great Southern and then wrapped up the evening back in Rosemary with ice cream at Sugar Shak.
Such silly boys…
xoxo
